Shipping & Processing

Thank you for shopping with Spirit Warrior Provisions. Each order is handled with care and intention.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during holidays, product launches, special drops, pop-up events, or periods of high order volume.

Some items may require additional time, especially if they are handmade, custom, limited, curated, or made in small batches.


Custom, Handmade & Limited Items

Certain Spirit Warrior Provisions pieces may be custom, handmade, limited, or specially curated. These items may require longer processing times before shipment.

Custom hats, handmade apparel, specialty provisions, leather goods, or limited-drop items may have unique timelines listed in the product description.

Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any available shipping options will be shown before your order is completed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Spirit Warrior Provisions is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at rmcswp@gmail.com.  We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Spirit Warrior Provisions is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

We are happy to help provide any information needed to assist with your carrier claim.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3-5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you on the next steps.


Local Pickup or Event Pickup

If local pickup, pop-up pickup, or event pickup is available, details will be shared at checkout, through email, or in the specific product/event listing.

Orders not picked up within the communicated pickup window may need to be shipped at the customer’s expense.
